Cant get seller to send item

Question

Purchased item from seller in Feb this year and she sent the wrong item. Sent message to seller and she said she would send item yo me. Have tried several times to get seller to reply. But no luck. Tried going thru eBay and they said I had received item but have not that was the wrong item she sent. I am beginning to think I was scamed

This is what you do when the wrong item is received:

The easiest way is to go to your Purchase history, locate the item. You have 30 days from date of receipt. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described. You will need to click on MORE to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return. You print out the label, affix it to the box, and have the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund you within 2 days. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.

If it has been more than 30 days since receipt of the item, file a Returns Request with Paypal if that is how you paid. Paypal accepts cases within 180 days from the transaction. As a last resort, contact your credit card issuer if that is how you paid.
