Can't get seller to reply to a return question.

Question

bought a cell phone case. It didn't fit. Emailed seller for a return. They sent a reply for return that was a China address I am supposed to send item back to at my own expense. Never herd of this crap before in my EBAY years using. Of coarse I can't get a phone number to Ebay customer support. I want to resolve this issue before I get mad enough to never use Ebay again. Help???

Was it advertised to fit your phone? If so, the item is not as described and the seller is responsible for the return shipping.

Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reasons select does not match the description, and follow the prompts. In the comments enter ‘not the size advertised’.

The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he cannot send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.

If he wants it returned to China, he won’t be able to send a label. eBay can make him send you the money to pay the return shipping. Use the ask us to step in option.
