Can't get 'returns' process to work
I have been trying to return an item, but when I get to 'confirm return', it won't depress. I don't have photos to upload, and even when I uploaded an unrelated photo, 'confirm return' still won't respond!

·3 years agoClear you cache and try a different browser such as Chrome or Edge. Does the seller accept returns?
