cant get return shipping label to print

why is it every time i attempt to return something on ebay, it tells me there are technical difficulties and all of a sudden my purchase transaction is no longer there? this site is so absolutely frustrating i'm just gonna shop amazon from now on.. at least they have credibility.

Download and install the latest version of ADOBE ACROBAT READER, and specify it as the default for reading PDF files, instead of your browser's PDF reader. Now try opening and printing your shipping label.
