Can't get paid for shipping
Dear eBay community: I've been a member for about 24 years and have encountered my first serious issue with eBay. I need some help or advice, please. I sold a guitar, shipped it and was paid for the guitar but not the shipping. I'm out over $100 dollars. I've contacted eBay through the automated assistant three times. Three times! I've not received a response. Any advice or suggestions on how to get help or a response? I really don't want to buy and sell on Whamazon but I'm frustrated and approaching angry here. Thanks!

Mentor1 year agoDid ebay tell you it was ok to ship? If so did not the total paid before you shipped show the correct amount was paid including the shipping amount you had in the listing?
What was the Item Number?

The shipping charges the buyer paid would have been part of your Ebay payout from your sale.
Go to your payment account - https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin. Click on the payout to see the buyer payment details.

Mentor1 year agoI see two guitars sold on Nov 28th both have a 92 cost of shipping showing to my location. Since it shows shipping you would have been paid shipping. eBay does take their fees up front out of the cost you are paid which can sometimes be confused for not getting paid shipping costs.
