Can't get my money from ebay
In November 2025 ebay tried to send my payout but the account I has was a closed one. The bank contacted me about it and I changed the account to my new bank on my ebay account. However my new bank had some sort of hold on deposits so again I didn't get my payout. I contacted the new bank and had that hold lifted so all deposits should go through. However, yesterday was my monthly payout date and I didn't get my money from ebay again. Can anyone tell me how to get paid?

Mentor7 months agoYou are a new/infrequent seller. Therefore ebay can hold your payouts for up to 30 days just in case the buyer might file an Item Not Received case or files a returns request for Item Not as Described. As you sell more, and show you are responsible, those holds will slowly decrease.

OP7 months agoI have been working on this for months so the 30 days hold thing can't be right. I sell about one item a week. I just can't get my money. I can't contact anyone and I need to get paid.
