can't get my issue solved with unit I purchased how to report to ebay to have the seller stopped
Can not get the seller to get my inverter charger solar part replaced or repaired tried to get it done for 5 months or more now! What is next step

·2 years agoAs already advised, there are no next steps on eBay. Your return window has expired.
You may still be able to seek recourse through the manufacturer (have you tried contacting them; perhaps the item is under warranty?).
Or, if you truly feel the seller is at fault (ie: seller manufactured the item and it is faulty), then you may be able to file a payment dispute with your funding source; most allow disputes for up to 180 days.

·2 years agoThere’s nothing to report. eBay has a 30 day Money Back guarantee for items that are received in a different condition than what was advertised. That’s it.
