Any difference if you use a different browser or the app?
Try paying via PayPal in a desktop browser while signed in to PayPal in another browser tab.
If the PayPal logo appears under Payments in an item listing, you should be able to pay using that payment method. If there is an interruption in PayPal services, the logo will no longer appear there.
