can't get into ebay for a dispute with a seller
the item that arrived was the wrong one. i contacted him to send it back and to send the correct item. i sent it back on 3/10 and he received it on 3/18. He claimed that i used the item and it might be broke. this is not true. this wrong item is a demolition hammer, meaning it does not rotate. i do not have a use for an item like this. i need the one advertised. the correct one is a roto-hammer drill for drilling holes in concrete. i have repeated tried to contact the seller to send the correct drill (that i paid for) to me. he will not respond at all. i am a 100% rated buyer, he even gave me 5 stars. i have loss all confidence in this seller and just want my money back. this by far has been the worst buying experience that i have ever had on eBay.
everytime i try to send this i get a message that they are having a technical issue. HELP!!!
