I was sent fake coins that were listed as "no returns accepted." Seller did not pay for return shipping when I returned them. I left negative feedback and somehow he has managed to erase that feedback and told me I have been reported as an abusive buyer. I can't figure out how to share my side, get my refund, and get my feedback posted again.

Mentor3 years agoDid you open a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED counterfeit??? If so why did you pay for the return, as this overrides seller's no return policy and forces seller to pay for the return if he want the item back.
If tracking now shows the item returned and no refund the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved. However, you will now not be getting your return postage back.

What kind of a return did you file? Item not as described - did not match description or pictures? If so then the Seller would be forced to pay the return shipping NOT you. The Seller would be given 48 hours to refund you.
Was the item listed with 30 Day Free Returns?

OP3 years agoWhen I tried to file return it would not let me. It said returns not accepted. So I messaged seller and he told me to send the coins back and he would refund.
