    Can't get eBay to help
                     

    I bought golf grips that turned out to be counterfeit.  I requested a return and submitted pictures and an explanation of why I'm returning.  Since then, the seller has been contacting me, trying to bribe me into keeping it by offering more and more money back, and each time I refused.  So I got notification of a shipping label but there WAS no label, and the return address is in Hong Kong, NOT the New Jersey location that was in the listing.  The seller is ignoring my request for the shipping label, and for some reason, there is no option for me to ask eBay to step in and help with this.  When I try and contact them, I'm led through a maze of redirects but no way to e-mail or speak to anyone.  The seller is trying to run out the clock and I can't get anyone to help.  I'm open to ideas.
