Cant get ahold of the seller for cancelation?

After paying for an item It dawned on me the pictures and the description are 2 different things. If something is misrepresented how can I cancel the order before it shipped. I am getting crickets from the seller 45 mins after and now 24 hours and nothing? Please Help because Ebay wont.

@gelob20 Only the seller can cancel the sale and they are not required to do so.

HOWEVER you are covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee so if the listing was misleading you can return the item for a full refund at the sellers expense.

This not only gets you a full refund but also goes on the sellers record.

You have 30 days from date of delivery to file an item not as described refund request on eBay.

4 business days after filing the return request if the seller has not provided a return shipping label OR sent the funds to your PayPal account to pay return shipping if they are in another country then ask eBay to step in and help:

If you have to purchase a label at the post office with the funds that the seller provided be sure to upload the tracking number into the case. The tracking number is your proof of delivery.
Returns to countries that do not have 1st class delivery confirmation MUST be shipped Priority Mail.
