Can't get a refund
Item was delivered to an unknown address. Apparently the seller sent the item to a different name and address. Not the one that I requested(me). Since the item was delivered to my city it is considered delivered.Fed ex will not give me the name and address of the receiver of the package. On my invoice it is my name and address. The case has been closed. This is the end of my dealings with Ebay.

Mentor1 year agoYou don't need the name, only documentation from FedEx that the tracking number is not associated with your address. File this with your appeal of the case. Ebay is well aware of the type of scam.
