Cant get a hold of ebay to get my money or package from buyer back
I shipped out i item I sold on February 6th on the 7th no tracking info or scan on package, I messaged the buyer told him that pack was showing no info he didn't answer til that Friday, he got impatient and wanted refund he told me it was taken to long guess he thought paid priority rates went to post office to check status they said to give 5 to 7 business days I didn't no scans, so he reported me to ebay and requested a refund which I did, then on February 27th I get a text from usps saying package was out for delivery but didn't get deliver til the 28th of February I got a hold of ebay they said they would let him know and for me to reach out he responded with that I shipped out after fact and I was scamming him but now hes got the money back and package. Told him to just return to sender or pay for it, told him I would follow up with ebay which I can't get a hold of now since they closed case who knows what should I do, any info would help or a good number to call ebay or live person not robot or info. Plus he blocked me after i asked for item or payment, now hes got both Thank you
