Can't generate an invoice for international sale
when i try to send a buyer in invoice for the international sale,
I get a message "Can't generate an invoice for this sale"
There is no clue as to whether I am the problem or eBay is the problem.
This is the first time I have ever seen this message.
It is an EID sale.
Any ideas out there.
