Can't follow instructions
Incompetent drivers can't follow instructions. My account plainly states Business hours ONLY M-F 9-5. these dopehead drivers can't read. SOMEONE got some WD 40, but it wasn't me. I'm right aqcross from a dang Bus station, WTF????

OP3 weeks agoYes there is , Ebay could give LARGE print instructions for their chosen carriers to follow and NOT following would get them fired from delivering Ebay products.
Secondly, I DO NOT GET EMAILS FROM EBAY AND I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT EBAY EVERY WAY POSSIBLE TO CORRECT THIS SITUATION, BUT THERE IS NO WAY FOR ME TO CORRECT THIS ON MY END AND SINCE EBAY DOES NOT HAVE TECH SUPPORT TO CALL OR EMAIL, I JUST HAVE TO DEAL WITH "NEVER" RECEIVING EMAILS ---EVEN WHEN I'M SELLING A ITEM. SUPPORT SUCKS!!!

Mentor3 weeks agoeBay does not deliver items. The shipping carrier used by the seller delivers items and determines when the item will be delivered. eBay and the seller have nothing to do with the actual delivery and cannot control what the shipping carrier does. There is nothing that eBay can do about this situation.

OP3 weeks agoIt is also very SAD that there is NO WAY to contact a human being at EBAY. Probably going to start buying everything from Amazon at least they follow instructions and you can call them!

OP3 weeks agoEveryone loses when drivers can't follow instructions! My business is on a busy street with homeless people and a bus station right across the street. What is someone even thinking to believe that a package will sit there without being stolen. Stupidity! They MUST bring it into the building and someone MUAST sign for ti, it's not that hard, Amazon, Post Office, UPS, Fed Ex all do it, but these idiots can't!

Mentor3 weeks agoIt sounds like you may need to relocate your business. eBay is a website. They don't deliver.
The Post office, UPS and FedEx are carriers that deliver packages. If the post office, UPS and FedEx can get it right, I am curious about the driver that you say can't get it right. It's rare that a seller uses carriers other than the big three. Maybe look for sellers that ship with the carriers that get it right?
You may also consider getting a mail drop box, such as a mailbox plus office, UPS or FedEx store or another office that accepts mail and packages for you. Then pick up the parcels at your convenience rather than depend on them reading instructions.
Sometimes you need to look closer for an answer to your issues.
