Can't find where to made Second Chance Offers
I had a customer not pay for their order after 9 days. I cancelled the order for non-payment. Now I would like to make second chance offers, but I can't find the "More Actions" menu to select doing a SCO. I currently have the listing taken down since I thought maybe I had to do that to make the menu show up, but that didn't help either. Thanks in advance for info on how to do this.
