Can't Find the Seller that I purchased the product from...
Hi. I ordered a product that arrived in poor condition that was far from the info that the seller presented. I know from the shipping label where the product came from, but they don't have any record of me purchasing from them. I sent to Ebay and I show now orders, which means that I have have purchased as a Guest. I do have my credit card statement showing that the purchase sas from Ebay and I have the reference number. When I plug it in, nothing shows up. My bad as I ordered a ton of products for my renovated home and I forgot where I purchased this one, but there must be a way to track from an Ebay reference number. I the meantime I, for the first time ever have disputed the charge. At worst case, I'd guess that the seller will contact me now and I can sort it out. Any other suggestions?
