Can't find the order I placed to return the item that I received

Question

I bought a pair of pants, they don't fit. When I go into my history, it doesn't show that I ordered them but, I did and the money was taken out of my account. Therefore, I can't return them and I can't talk to anyone because it doesn't show that I ordered anything. I am so confused.

Is it possible you made the purchase using a different eBay account? Or as a guest?
