Can't find the negative feedback I left for a very dishonest seller.
If I left negative feedback for a seller I had a terrible experience with would they be able to kick out my feedback if they gave me a refund?

Right now eBay is not showing that you left any recent negative feedback. It's possible then, if you did leave a negative, it was removed for violating eBay feedback policies. It would be very rare for a Seller to be able to get a negative removed because they refunded the Buyer. Since no negative is showing, it's hard to say why it was removed.
