Can't find order

I ordered something as a guest I received a order number but when I try to find it it gives me an error page not found what do I do about this

Guest purchases are not connected to your eBay account. For help with a guest purchase, first sign out of your eBay account, then use the "order details" link in the email you received from eBay, or else right click on the link and choose to open the link in a private or incognito browser window.
