Can't find my son's online Ebay business when I type in the weblink in multiple browsers
I'm trying to locate my son's online Ebay business but when I type in the web address he gave me (that he verifies multiple times is accurate and says the weblink works for him) I get the Ebay message that it can't find what I'm looking for and only asks for items to locate. How can I locate my son's store?

OP10 months agoThe verified weblink he gave me is: https://ebay.us/m/c450xZ He says the web link works on his Mac computer with his Safari browser but I have a Windows 11 computer and the weblink doesn't get me to his store using my updated Edge, Chrome or Avast Secure Browsers - only to the Ebay page that says it can't find it.
Any suggestions? My son didn't know any.

Ask your son what his eBay username is.

OP10 months agoMy son says his User Name or Store Name is: Dcboardenterprise and asks me if I am using the app? Is there an app to use EBay?
