Cant find my order.
I purchased an item from eBay and now the order doesn't seem to exist. None of the links from my email confirmation work. It just comes up and says order not found. I need to return this item and received an email to print the return label but again that link doesn't work either...

Is it possible you made the purchase using a different eBay account? Or as a guest?
If you purchased using a different eBay account, sign in to that account to check your Purchase History.
If you purchased as a guest, sign out of this account before using the link in the email you received from eBay regarding the guest order.
