Can't find item listed in ebay purchases and cannot find the right help
I recently ordered some merchandise from ebay and I need to return it but when I attempt to select a certain previously purchased item from the provided list my current purchase is not on the list. Right now Im caught in a nasty loop until this merchandise shows up on the list

Is it possible you made the purchase using a different eBay account? Or as a guest?
