Can't Find Item For Sale In Search
So we sell beauty products, been doing this for a long time and this really has me puzzled.
I noticed this "La Mer" product which usually sells pretty quickly sat for 6 months, no action. I did a search for it in my store inventory and it didn't come up.
So I decided to relist it. Still does not come up in my inventory on a search. However, when I scroll throughout my inventory I can find it. I've attached screen shots for reference. Also, the link to the item works as well.
Curious if anyone knows whats going on here? I'm wondering if the UPC code has something to do with it, as when i enter it it autofills a lot of info. Thinking of maybe relisting without it? Any help would be appreciated.
