Can't find anywhere how to get a live agent, and I have navigated the site several times.

Question

I have been trying to use a redemption code (e-gift card) for eBay, but it says "there is nothing on this redemption code"...and I just received it and have not used the code.

I have tried numerous times to contact eBay customer support online, but there is nothing but animated responses and no way to speak or chat with a live person. What am I missing? Thanks
