Can't find any mechanism for Sending PDFs to eBay. My seller's account is restricted and have asked
To submit several items for review by eBay to regain my seller's account. Identity verification/bank records/evidence of perchased items I have made of items I have sold on my seller's account. I continue to hit dead ends and if her no response from the different requests I've made.
