Cant File a claim with eBay

Question

I sold a item and the customer never got it. I researched and the item never left a Pack and Post close by. I have waited the period to file for a claim but now the button is gone as I have refunded the buyer. I have all the information that USPS never got the item and I dropped it off.

There is no claim to file with eBay unless you purchase additional shipping insurance offered by ShipCover. If ShipCover, you should see a link in your label history. Read more about the process here -
