Can't figure out how to give refund
I sold an item, and unfortunately had to cancel the sale. However, when I go through the prompts to give a refund to the buyer, it takes me to where it asks how much I want to refund, and the "options" on how to pay it back, and when I select my credit card (the only clickable option as it has funds on hold that are paying a portion of the refund), I click my CC and click save, and it doesn't do anything. It doesn't then take me to any screen to confirm refund. I am stuck. Don't know what to do.

Mentor11 months ago@homeru_6071 Do you have a back up payment method for selling costs in account settings?
This is how refunds work>>
Refunds, even for order cancellations, come out of your available funds not pending or held. If you do not have available funds then eBay charges your back up payment method for selling costs.
Have you entered your backup payment method for selling costs here: https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list Select Manage under the method you want to use then select Preferred for selling costs. I use a credit card.
Once you issue the refund and the buyers funds are released from being held or finish processing then the buyers payment is released to you.
