can't enter my phone number or address after clicking I didn't receive item
I have bought an item which has went through eBay international shipping and still hasn't arrived. the item was ordered on the 24th of February and had an estimated delivery window between the 7th of march and the 16th of march. the tracking information stopped on the 2nd of march at the shipping hub saying that the shipping info was provided. after clicking on the didn't receive item tab it asks me for my address and phone number and automatically selects my phone number and country as USA. I live in the UK so both of this is incorrect. if I change my phone number to UK then its ok but as soon as I change my country it resets the page and goes back to its default of USA. how do I get the tracking info and how do I give my details? thanks
