Can't edit or delete a listing. Buttons are all grey'd out
Summary: sgrojosjose is experiencing an issue with an eBay listing that was rejected for allegedly attempting to sell outside the platform. They are unable to edit or delete the item as all related options are greyed out and the listing has been inactive for over a month.
I was trying to list an item and it got rejected saying I was trying to sell outside of eBay. I was not but thats not the problem, I can't edit or remove the item. It has been sitting on my eBay for over a month now with no change. What do I do?
