Can't create a listing. Keep getting error
Haven't been able to create a listing all day. Everytime I go to list an item I get an error stating the is a problem with immediate payments. I see no section about immediate payments. Doesn't matter what category I try to list in or whether I start from scratch or find a similar item and try to sell similar option I get the same error.
