can't contact support, payout update/bank log in broken, AI bot cant connect me
Wasted an hour of my life trying to update payout method and it keeps resetting/rerouting to the same exact screen, giving me errors etc. Cant use AI bot to connect to an agent as it keeps giving me an error after asking for info and I give the proper info.
Is this **bleep** just broken for me, or has this been an ongoing issue?
Could barely update my payment info to pay a single item seller fee, can't imagine having to deal with this garbage backend bank/card/payout verification **bleep** not working having to do more than try to sell one item, as well as not even being able to contact an agent to resolve or find out **bleep** is going on with the site/my account.
