Can't contact sellers

trying to send a message to seller that I can't track the product I bought by USP or USPS with the tracking number given me "UUS69N2620738146782". I get ,could not find any results for your search term with both.
I am not able to write anything in the message area. Every time I try it just gives me, sent a copy to email. Won't let me write anything.

Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when the item is at least a day late. If tracking shows movement I recommend waiting a week or so for postal service delays.
You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on eBay.

If it is more than 30 days past the last estimated delivery date then you can file a refund request on PayPal up to 180 days from the date of purchase. OR if you didn't use PayPal at checkout contact your bank or credit card to report that you didn't receive the item.
