Can't contact seller, can't report item.
My order is stuck in transit since april. I tried contacting seller but they don't respond. I can't report it because it's too old. I contacted the delivery service but they told me that sender has to be one to fix delivery. I have no idea what to do. I don't want a refund I want my purchase.

Mentor2 years agoIf it is lost after this long it probably is gone forever. File for a refund with the payment processor.

OP2 years agoIt's not lost. It's stuck at the parcel palace but for it to move sender needs to contact them.
