Can't contact seller
Here is what I sent to his site where it said to contact seller.
I received my order Tuesday 7/30/24 I have two problems with my order.

1. The Thinkpad says pass word expired create a new pass word. I don't have the old pass word to enter to change it.
2.There was some damage when I opened the box. I will attach pictures with this email.
Pllease send me the pass word and I will make a decision about what to do.
What do you suggest?
