    Can't contact seller
                     

    This problem started last week . . . .I now can not contact the seller with any question about a listing. It is 'grayed out' and has a broken image. Now what?

    No - that doesn't work. It's unavailable - it's grayed out and a small box with a broken image is at the bottom right of the page. You type and nothing appears - I have no idea what the problem is!

    Try another browser to rule out a browser issue. Or try using the app to contact a seller.

     

    Click right where it says "Send message" to start typing.

    Thanks anyway - two other different browsers didn't fix the problem.  Not a cell phone user much - but will try and use that.  Cheers:)

    It just started working again - who KNOWS what the problem was:)

    • Go to either a listing page of the seller or go to their feedback profile page and click on "Contact seller".
    • Next to "Still have questions?" click on "Contact seller"
    • In the pop up window that appears, start typing your question inside the box where it says "Send message"
    • Click on the "Send message" button.

    Here is an example:
