Can't contact seller

Question

Ordered dino mask. Got in mail today. Was not as advertised (soft shell). Tried contacting seller. Only took me so far then wouldn't go any further. Also said no orders but I have the final email when it was delivered. Need to exchange for hard shell dino mask which it was advertised as originally.

I suggest you open a Return Request for "Doesn't Match photos and description" if the item you got was not what was shown and described. You can request a replacement item through that, but if you can't "see" the seller anymore then I would request a refund.

How to open a return request if you bought as a guest:
1) Select View order details in your order confirmation email.
2) Select Return item.
3) Select your reason for the return and select Next.
4) You can add a message to the seller and also upload up to 10 photos showing the item's condition.
5) Select Confirm return.

Go to your Purchase history and click on CONTACT SELLER and send the seller a message. If the seller will not help you, you can do the following:

Go to My ebay > Purchase History and select RETURN THIS ITEM. For the reason, select Not as Described. You will need to click on More actions. The seller will have 3 days to reply. If no reply, then click the link to Ask ebay to step in. If the seller accepts the return, he is responsible for supplying a prepaid shipping label. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and make sure the carrier scans the label. Once tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, he has 2 days to refund you. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
