Can't contact eBay
Purchased this item, was charged to my PayPal account and the purchase does not show up in my Purchases history in eBay. When I try to use the automated system, I get a response that the order number is not found. How do I contact eBay?

Mentor2 years ago@atlantahank. Is it possible that you or someone in your household made the purchase as a guest?
If you made the purchase using a guest account it will not be in your purchase history.
Log out of your eBay account and request the guest account details from this page:
https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/returning-item/returning-items-bought-guest?id=4065&st=
Then you can start a refund request, track your order, or contact the seller, from the guest account email. Do not log in to your regular eBay account.

If you are located outside of US or Canada then you will need to use the Chat option or Social Media
3. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a private message on social media. You leave a PRIVATE message and an eBay employee will get back to you as soon as possible.
