OP1 year agoWhen I click on "contact seller" a window pops up on the right side of my screen but does not allow me to enter any text. I have been contacting customer support for eight months on multiple occasions and all they tell me is that they are working on it. Sorriest customer service I have ever encountered.

Mentor1 year agoYou need to click directly on the "Send message" text line to enter your message.
Try another browser if that is not working for you.

OP11 months agoTried multiple browsers and devices and won't allow me to enter text. Ebay has no answer and apparently I'm not the only one with this problem.

Mentor11 months agoIf you are clicking in the right place, you should see a box to check to send the message to your email. When you see that, start typing.

OP11 months agoWon't allow me to enter any message. Customer service has no answer--been going on for 8 months and I see other people have the same problem. Do you have a contact number for someone in management.

What happens when you try?
Are you clicking on the "Send message" text line and entering your message text?
