can't connect to server to place a bid
I want to place a bid, but I get a message that says my browser can't connect to the ebay server. I cleared the cache and cookies, but still can't make a bid. I'm not tech skilled, so I need help

If you are using Ad Block Ultimate, try uninstalling that add-on. In the past, users have indicated problems bidding or making offers with that installed, and temporarily disabling may not be sufficient.
Otherwise, try the usual things.
Try another browser to rule out a browser issue.
Try another device to rule out a device issue.
Try another network to rule out a network issue.
Try ebay.ca to rule out an issue with ebay.com.

OP2 weeks agoI was able to pay an offer on another item, so I must be connecting with the ebay server, but I still can't place a bid.
