Can't complete sale
ebay is not allowing my buyer to pay for the item because it says I won't ship to his location. He's in a location I do ship to so not sure how to resolve this issue.

Check the shipping on the item - usually this message means that you do not have a shipping service selected on the item.
If the buyer has not purchased the item yet, edit it to add the shipping. If he has purchased it, go to your sold items and select send invoice. Add the shipping cost and send the invoice.
