Can't communicate with eBay regarding the settlement of a return request
Is there any way to let eBay know a situation has been settled? I have been trying for days to no avail. The buyer has agreed and accepted a settlement offer, but eBay doesn't provide me any way to communicate that to them. Is there any way to either call eBay, email eBay or request they call me. They're opening a case that I've already resolved.

Mentor5 months agoIf you and the buyer have come to an agreement, the buyer just needs to go to the case and click to close/cancel the case.
