    Can't close requests.
                     

    Hi I raised two requests regarding items I bought, the seller issued the refunds and asked to close the requests. I've been trying to close them but the ebay site shows error "We ran into a problem. Please go back and try again." How can I close them ?

    The case should automatically close when you refunded if the case was opened using ebay and you refunded through the case.
