Can't click on RETURN button to return back to seller
I'm having difficulties to return defect SunGlases to seller, the return button pop up message asked yo contact seller however I message to the seller he do not have solution for me. Item ID : 256792573227 and Order Number : 07-13431-80412
Seller name : delimitedvintage.
Please advise as soon as possible. I would like to resolve this matter immediately. Thank you

The apparent reason for not being able to return the item is because you have waited more than 30 days since the tracking number for the glasses received a Delivered scan or from the last estimated delivery date, if tracking was not used. I suggest reading the terms and time frames for using ebay's money back guarantee in the link below. There is also a link to the policy on every listing page under the Shop with confidence header

OP10 months agoNope, when I received tge sunglasses found there is a defect immediately I communicate with the seller and he advised me to xlick on Return, however the return button couldn't direct me to continue to return process till tge end.
