Can't checkout
I get this error when trying to checkout "The seller doesn't offer combined postage discounts. Either the seller has disallowed combined payments and postage discounts, or the time period specified by the seller for combined payments has expired. Please proceed to checkout to complete your purchase." I've tried everything and cannot contact ebay

That error typically indicates that you cannot request a revised invoice to combine shipping, as the seller has already specified a combined shipping price.
You should be able to check out and pay directly, though.
If not, try opening a new browser, signing in to eBay, going to your cart and checking out there.
Or else try contacting eBay.
To contact eBay, use the chat assistant to request a chat with an agent or a call back by starting on the Help & Contact page and following the links for your issue.
What options you see may depend on your particular issue and how busy that department is at the moment.
Try entering "agent" into the chat window. You may have to provide some context to reach the correct department. If you see a "Still need help?" or "More options" choice, either of those should lead to a call back option.
