Can't change/revise the return policy on active listing.
Summary: betgardne6 experienced an issue when trying to list an item on eBay for the first time, as the return policy did not display correctly, showing "Seller does not accept returns" despite their willingness to accept returns. After attempting several fixes, including setting up a business account and refreshing their page, betgardne6 was still unable to see the change in their listing. However, comics-scifi-collectibles confirmed that the listing does correctly state a 30-day return policy where the buyer pays for returns.
I just listed an item to sell on ebay (this is my first time) and during the process the return portion never came up under all the other categories, so when I finally listed the item and went back to see how my page came up it showed "Seller does not accept returns" even though I do accept returns. I tried going back in and revising it but the return portion never came up. Then I watched some youtube videos and they said if you created a business portion you could set up returns which I did. That didn't change the listing I already had. Then after refreshing my page several times and clearing cash I went in again to that same active listing and what do you know the returns category came up and I filled in all the right boxes, and saved and it said you already have these saved (I'm assuming after setting up the business portion). Weird. went back in and it still shows my only listing as Not Accepting returns. How do I fix this? Do I cancel this listing and do it all over again?

Mentor2 weeks ago@betgardne6 It looks like you got it right. The listing does say 30 day buyer pays returns.
