can't change the shipping rate for an item
I normally sell books, so send my items by USPS Media rate. I have a few other things that I listed and the rate is automatically shown as Media rate. When I go to the pulldown, there is no other option other than free shipping. I want to ship at a rate for the item and have the buyer pay. Why can't I change the rate? I have also looked at my account page and all sorts of "helpful" articles on shipping that didn't help. And the AI helper is not helpful.

Mentor1 month ago@gwh8 You need to change the shipping method to Ground Advantage ( or other)
Start at the top of the section and fill in as you go>
Don't check the free shipping box.
