Can't change shipping on live relistings
So I have listings that have relisted since the 7/9 switch to usps ground advantage from first class. I was going through them earlier lowering the price and noticed it said 'enter shipping information' which I definitely did when I initially listed the item. I clicked on enter shipping information, and it's all grayed out. I also can't adjust the dimensions which I may have to do as I am currently running low on smaller mailers. What can I do? Do I have to cancel the auctions and redo them?

You may have been automatically signed up for Business Policies. They are not compatible with the quick listing tool. If you are using the New Listing Tool in Seller Hub then this should not be the problem.
Business Policies are the quickest way to change the shipping method however you can't change the dimensions this way.

OP3 years agoI don't think I'm signed up for business policies. I have been using the app with no problems until today (and have been able to modify shipping/dimensions) I'm going to see if I can change it on desktop
