Can't change prices on my seller account
Can't change prices on my seller account (lower the prices). I have no orders. Its a new store...
Ebay.com lists all my items, good. But can't change price on ebay.com.
Ebay seller hub shows i have 0 items listed for sale. Can't change prices on seller hub.

Mentor2 years agoIs it possible you have another ID? You have no store on this ID, and I see no active items.
If this is the correct ID, and seller hub shows no items, then you have no active items. Did you check under drafts? If eBay asked you to stop and enter your bank and ID info, your listings would be in drafts until you complete this info.

How do I determine if I have another account? (I think this is the problem) gmv_sales not working. Probably have another account. Other account might be garebearshop.

Mentor2 years agoYou need to sign out of this account, then sign into the other account. garebearshop does have 16 active items.
If you don’t remember the password for your other ID, start to sign in and click forgot password - eBay will send a link to the registered email address for that ID to reset the password.
